I absconded from a company after a month and they add 2 pf contributions. Now there is an option to delink I use it and it is pending with employer for about 3 weeks. Any idea?

Your BGV will be stuck in future if you do such kind of leaving...

As BGV nowadays goes digital via EPFO portal.

Make sure in future if you don't like org resign and go on Long leave with medical so they release u from project and then company. If early release at any cost just this example to come out fast and secure with paper.
Because some time due to project hard environment and negativity effect we want quick action so think wise decide discuss with very close one too then do...

Then u can join other org.

So as of now I say u email them that due to medical emergency I went to my native and unable to rejoin back and kind mark my exit date and give me letters and all then join other org. If they do well.
Otherwise if u joined already then it's overlap which will create issue in BGV.

So still u have time to act so think and sort out with paper and all..

Of any compy ask then say due to mass layoff they asked to leave... Why left early kind of question

Then if don't have released letter np.

Your last salary slip and offer and bank statement will work for this.

Or try to settle with some 20-30k and ask for relevant letter if very necessary.

I don't think so required if u have all other doc.

Just make sure your PF don't overlao with new org date... Here only issue comes.

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.
