Got an offer from MBB and they want me to start before summer 2021, is it possible to push it to later in the year like after Christmas 2021? I would come in the same level as me previous firm, so pretty much ignoring my past experience, not sure if that matters

Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have all the data to do this, but wanted your thoughts. Would the output of this be relevant to you?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Looking to fill an open manager role on a supply chain implementation team for fortune 15 company. Short implementation cycle (3weeks). Travel but flexible. Stress is much lower than consulting.
