I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. I feel I have been low balled because I took the offer last year being convinced that another hike was on the way. Should i have a conversation about this with my Manager?
