Hey folks, I got an offer from IBM ISL, But the offer is dated 2 months as joining date, but my notice period is 3 months. This was agreed by the hiring manager. He also offered Joining bonus if I could join in 2 months. HR said the date is tentative and they will renew the offer, so I accepted the offer. Now am running behind the HR to get the offer renewed. Can I trust their words, or will they backout from the offer after 2 months. Please help.

Salary for analyst - digital product management @ american express? 2.5 YOE + location is Phoenix AZ. Also is 3-4 years really necessary for senior level role - Or will previous title be taken into account? I.e moving from product manager to senior product analyst. Have done functional, automation, and performance testing in my past roles, but it was always an addition to my regular responsibilities. I feel like during the interviewing process you may have multiple interviewers and processes that go along with that, which means you may need time to compare offers. I want to be honest with the recruiter and say I am going to have to wait and compare offers when they are all on the table, which would be ~1 month.

Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. I feel I have been low balled because I took the offer last year being convinced that another hike was on the way. Should i have a conversation about this with my Manager?
