I am about to disappear from life once Starfield comes out

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. Weekly Hot take, the lack of couch Co-op is the reason gaming doesn't feel like it hits the same. I miss the days of bringing over the crew to play a game that isn't smash bros. One of my best memories is playing Tower fall with my college friends in my dorm.

Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features. I know it's hard to account for every type of disability but we can at least start with the most common ones.
