I am at grade 10 and my bonus percentage is 10% of base salary but at grade 10 or even at 9 percentage is 15% can I ask HR or my manager to increase to same level of 15% will they do it to match with their pay parities ?

I’m a new grad working in FDD and I’m trying to decide if becoming a CPA is worth it. I do not plan on staying in accounting in the future. I’m more interested in strategy work. I certainly do not want to do Audit. Would you recommend getting the CPA considering my career aspirations? Do you think it’s worth it? If not, what is the best way to use my time efficiently?
