I am considering taking a new job after I get back from maternity leave. I did not plan on leaving, but a new opportunity presented itself towards the end of my leave. I know some firms have a clawback policy where you pay back your salary or benefits if you leave right when you get back. I reviewed my firm’s maternity leave policy and did not see one. Anyone know where else clawback policies related to choosing not to return to work after paid leave are typically kept?
