I am considering taking a new job after I get back from maternity leave. I did not plan on leaving, but a new opportunity presented itself towards the end of my leave. I know some firms have a clawback policy where you pay back your salary or benefits if you leave right when you get back. I reviewed my firm’s maternity leave policy and did not see one. Anyone know where else clawback policies related to choosing not to return to work after paid leave are typically kept?

Why is so much dependent on utilization? Does leadership really think that people are sitting around doing nothing on the bench?

Should I explore job offers while most business are still remote? Or should I stay where I am until going back into the office is an option and than explore job offers?

I just think it would be hard to start a new job remotely. THOUGHTS?!

Interviewing for a CSM role. Need to present a mock case study to customers. Gist of it is that the customer is advertising with us, doing well, but also doing well advertising with another company. Im assuming the presentation should consist of a performance review, why they should stay with us, and upsell potential. I’ve never done anything like this.
