I am doing a summer collaboration with some fellow teachers and we got sidetracked and started talking about teaching in the future. A few teachers were thinking in the future we will have lots of AI and robot assistance with smaller class sizes. I'm personally not sure what to think. What do you think the future has in store for us?

1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!
