I am hearing something that some selected employees got hiked in last June itself 2025.

Then why will they give hike now..

This is what I heard in jan 2026 as well from so many people.

It looks like favorite people get a hike and cake distribution among themselves..

Look like very much true 💯💯💯.

There was a rumour that, less than handful of people got hikes last year…
Not because of favoritism of course—just because they resigned and the org discovered their “true value” and rushed to match offers ASAP 😄

But hey… just a rumour. Totally.

Then again, people being people especially from this kind… added their own masala and spices 🍿
And made the rumour to grand story of favoritism, higher management blessings, and secret circles.

Reality?
Resign → Get offer → As they are critical resource →Manager and org found their value, Got hike

But sure… you guys called it favoritism. Sounds way more interesting
