Although I asked for Bangalore location, they gave me Chenai. The compensation, perks & the project sound quite good though. So I decided to join anyway.

However, I was just wondering if I could transfer to BLR internally Walmart after some time . If so, how long should I spend in my curr proj before applying on IJP? Also, do they conduct DSA, Design interviews for the same?

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.
