I am not sure if Agency life is a fit for me long-term. I think I want to jump ship to in-house marketing. Has anyone heard through word of mouth some great places to work? Hello! This is a long story, so I’ll try to keep it brief. I work for a very small supplement company - it’s myself (marketing/acct mgmt) my coworker (sales), and the owner. My coworker is struggling to complete his tasks/meet his goals, and the owner is coming to me about angry clients. I’m afraid my coworkers inability to complete his duties is somehow being reflected onto me? What’s the most tactful way to have a conversation, either with him or the owner? Can provide further detail if needed

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k. Does that seem on the low end or is it valid? Any help is appreciated!
