I am on my notice period. It was 60 days but I requested to reduce it by 30 days and after so many discussions and emails, they agreed to reduce it by 15 days, so now I have to serve 45 days, but there's a condition that they will deduct my 15 days salary instead of adjusting my pending earned leaves and they'll encash those leaves. Is it completely fine and normal or they're just intentionally making it hard for me to leave? P.s- They are frustrated and behaving toxic since I got better offer.

I work at a service based MNC and resigned recently. I'm getting married within a week and moving with my partner, and won't be able to serve the notice period. My manager says to serve the full notice period or be labelled absconded. I asked the HR whether I will be labelled as absconded if I agree to buyout the shortfall but they're not replying. What to do.
