I am on notice period and last 2 weeks for my client is freeze period , so I will not be working. Cgi has sent email to us that we should take minimum 10 days PL in December. But if I take PL won't my notice period gets extended? My new company DOJ is Jan 11.
Also, my PLs gets wasted instead I can encash ut right? How can they force us to take PL

My current title is the latter and I’m interviewing for a Principal role. The title suggests it’s more senior and would appear to be a promotion on my resume but the jd sounds similar to what I’m already doing. I’m currently and IC, Principal is also IC.
