I am done with all my rounds at S&P Global and shared my documents to HR. No one has asked about my expected salary yet. Is this usual in their process. How much can I ask for an experience of 9 years. How many days does it take to release the offer and what is the slary structure.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

Based out of NYC, so I pay NY state income tax AND NYC city tax (for living in the five boroughs). I left in March to live in a state across the country with significantly less income tax. I can change my work location pretty easily, but I need to change my permanent address to save on NYC city tax right? Does not living in the state you work in have consequences/tax penalties?

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. P&T is ‘central to our FY23 strategy’ and yet we had to beg and plead to even get a handful of P&T Directors to represent at the Director CLeX happening this week in San Diego.

Not feeling the ‘one firm’ narrative we push - completely tone deaf and sends a horrible message for P&T Directors.

Major missed opportunity to start bridging the divide - particularly at a level where the real work gets done.

Does anyone know how to expand ones reach in P&T. Director told me during the year end that I need to be more known in P&T
