Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

What would you like to do? What interests you and seems like it could be a good path forward for you? A lot of the advice you'll get depends on where you want to go.
Maybe give us a bit more info? I’d suggest ideating with AI a bit to know what you could do (e.g Google Career Dreamer or Path AI on App Store)
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been exactly where you are. It’s incredibly hard to figure out what you want to do for the rest of your life. Have you considered working with a career coach? They can help identify your skills and determine which roles or titles make the most sense for you to apply to.
I'm currently a solo marketer that has had to coordinate various events in my two prior roles. I hate that part of my job. I also realize that for the other parts of marketing, AI is helping do much of that work, and ever fewer marketing roles will continue to be available (there will be marketing roles, just a lot less than before the advent of AI). But until AI robots no longer over fall over when just trying to move, human bodies will still be needed to run events and experiences that people appreciate engaging with. So I tell myself that I need to embrace the suck because that part of my job will still be there in a few years, whereas other parts may not be, at least not to the same extent.
As a sole marketer, I do a lot: from PR and writing releases and media coordination, to events, CRM and contact management, website and content management, social media, proposal and RFP production and pricing, budgeting and forecasting, business development, competitor and market analysis and research, and project management.
I would say that if you do events and like it, then stick with while human bodies are still needed to coordinate those, set up, tear down, and ensure they run smoothly. If you want to change, then maybe look into project management since event coordination requires a lot of managing all aspects of the project and vendors/suppliers. An AI can't replace a human at that. Helping implement CRMs at entities and helping manage data quality (the mundane, repetitive parts of which can be done by AI if not now, then soon) aspects which automation does not get right (trust me, I spent 12 hours if my Sunday cursing at the garbage data I had inherited from my predecessor for the event I'm running this Thursday which meant the name tags produced by the office services person had a lot of errors due to people being listed at companies they were at three or four jobs ago!!).
Or if you're not a data person, but more of a get out and about and run events kind of person, then maybe be something like a wedding planner (similar to events planning), or a caterer if you like to cook.
Heck, if it paid enough, I would be a horseback riding barn manager or dog walker or have a pet boarding facility (I have equines and a dog and cats). Those kinds of roles have you out and about, coordinating, and with animals (if you like that kind of thing).
Just some ideas. You can also try ideating with an AI to see what other kinds of things it would suggest based on your preferences and skills.
