I am currently pursuing a position to be a 401k workplace planning consultant with Fidelity Investments. I would like to connect with someone who has gone through that training and early hiring process to make sure I have a solid understanding of the position. This is specifically for the Raleigh/Durham NC area if possible.
Bain & Company I have a second round with Bain & Company coming up at the DC office for Experienced Consultant role. Excited, but hella nervous. Recruiter said it’d be 3 separate interviews, all with Partners; 2 case, 1 fit. About 40 mins each. First round was 2 case interviews with Sr. manager & Associate Partner. Been a rough year, so definitely looking forward to this opportunity. I’ve been on the site and going through preparation and materials. Any advice or suggestions welcomed!

You can state strong opinions while still being soft spoken, it’s more about the words used than the tone. I think it takes some practice but you have to be confident in what you’re saying and know when you’re right and when to take feedback
Hmm not 100% sure on the issue without more detail.
Advice I got from a career coach when interviewing is to focus on what I want from my next job.
So this could translate to "having a strong opinion".
Example:
In my next career step I want to work in the security space. I feel it has interesting and ever evolving problems to solve. I feel X company provides this opportunity for me.
So in this instance I have an opinion and I state that I think my goal and the company's goal aligns.
