I applied for a job that was perfect for my background - 5+ years doing exactly what they needed. The phone interview went well, the hiring manager told me he was impressed and even sent me a LinkedIn request right after. But then they rejected me without doing an in-person interview. Now I see the same job posted again. I ended up removing him from LinkedIn when I got the rejection. What would you do - apply again or try reaching out to him?
