Hey All. I had my 2nd round interviews for a Lead Solution Engineer role at Salesforce on Monday (2 days ago). It was w/ 2 separate SEs, and I thought both interviews went very well. Have yet to hear from the recruiter, though, which seems odd. Especially given how responsive the recruiter's been prior to this. Is that normal? Do I just need to be patient or should I mentally prepare for a rejection? Thanks!
What do hiring managers want to hear when they ask "What's your process?" because I don't think I have one. And when I explain something from Lean UX or something then apparently that's too cookie cutter. I've done 26 interviews in the last month and I half and I've gotten no where 🥲
Anyone willing to offer a referral to Deloitte human capital consulting? Heard there are ongoing layoffs, but there is a really interesting new job posting which fits my background. Thanks!
Hi, Can someone please connect me to the recruiter/HR? There is a Test Engineer (Automation) opening in Google which I see on LinkedIn. It seems relevant. Applied a few times already but I don't think submitting resume is helping here. Also, I hear HR at Google helps candidate prepare for the interview as well. Any help would be appreciated. TIA 😊
Are there any open positions for associates? I am a recent grad and have 1 year of ERP consulting experience (based in FL, but work remote). I am open to any role and would love suggestions. Thanks!

Worst interview experience you’ve had? Had a bad experience with American Express and withdrew my application after the interview. Nailed every question but the interviewers were complete assholes that I would not want to work with.
URGENT SUGGESTION REQUIRED Hi all, Tomorrow being my LWD, I got a call from my project head and unit head together stating that they are ready to retain me with 100% hike, and give A band if I take my resignation back. Issue is they saying they can't give it in written about hike. P.S. before 3months itself I was told that I will be retained, but few weeks back HR informed me to continue with exit formalities as corporate team is not considering any retention cases. Now... Is it shallow of me for not wanting to date men who make ~1/3rd or 1/4th of what I make? I know I am way above the average (currently at $400k++) and in an absolute sense 1/3 or 1/4th of my salary isn’t low. I do live in a super high cost of living city and have a decent standard of living (not that I’m looking for anyone to pay my bills) (Also posted in singles bowl but want women’s perspective and anecdotes from experience)
After 10 rounds of interviews for a TPM position the recruiter says he will set me up for team alignment, and then take it to HC for a decision. Is this the normal process? Isnt HC decision done first
I just got an offer from Meta for a Project manager position. I’m new to tech so need some advice. My offer is for IC4. I have 7 yoe. The offer is 115k base/15% bonus/55k rsu. Is this competitive for my yoe? I was expecting ic5 but I’m being told that 7-9 yoe experience is in line with ic4. Also that ic4 has no sign on bonus as “that’s reserved for lead/manager roles.” Would appreciate any advice, my current base in a different industry is much higher than the offer so I’m on the fence.

Heard ServiceNow has put a hiring freeze on practitioners from Accenture, Deloitte, and EY. Does anyone know when this will be lifted?
I’m currently interviewing for positions around HR Operations/HR Coordinator/HR Generalist. Where I find I struggle is asking questions post interview. What are some good questions to ask employers at the end of interviews for HR? Just want to get an idea!
I think it's fantastic this bowl has been made, it can be very hard to get away from US- centric consulting info. Whenever I search for consulting salary benchmarks I consistently find US consulting salaries which I believe isn't at all comparable to UK salary figures for the same role. Anyone else find the same?
I have referred 30+ people at Amazon in March month, but when I asked someone to refer me at their workplace , didn't get any response from them. I feel I am just wasting my time in asking referral
Curious to get an idea of where my company compares regarding compensation. I am one of a team of 5 advisors dedicated to about 6500 individual clients and $2.97Billion in client assets. Each one of us is fully licensed (7,66 and insurance), and I hold my 24. My base is $80k with a VC target of 40% of base salary. Goals are mostly made up of client satisfaction surveys, asset additions, and retention. I feel that we are grossly underpaid for the role, but not sure exactly how that compares.
