I applied for a senior technical role at S&P Global over a month ago. About two weeks later, the HR team informed me that my profile was being processed for the L1 interview. However, it has now been three more weeks without any update. When I followed up, I was told that the interview panel is currently busy and will schedule the interview soon.

Should I remain optimistic about receiving a response shortly? Has anyone else experienced a similar delay?

Sweaty post-workout question. If I finish a bike or run in the heat I am usually just pouring sweat for the next 15 or so mins. So I've gotten into the habit of just putting a towel or yoga mat down on the floor and laying/stretching until I am not going to throw sweat everywhere or step in to the shower and step out still sweating.
