I attended HR round with SAP Labs on the 3rd week of December, but I haven’t received any updates from HR yet. I’ve tried reaching out to them, but there hasn’t been any response.

Does the approval process usually take this long?

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help.
