I attended an onsite interview at Cognizant, after which I was asked to stay back for an initial salary discussion and informed that the Head of HR from Chennai would contact me for final negotiations. Following this, I received multiple emails requesting my personal documents, which I submitted promptly. After a few days and several follow-ups, I received a response stating that my candidature is currently on hold. So I don’t understand what happened here. Its quite frustrating!!!!!!!

He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow?
