Do we get a response after an interview, even if we're not selected? As I am waiting for a response from OpenText . My interview was last week Thursday, and I have even sent a follow-up email on Monday. Still no response. Shall I consider that I am not selected and that I will not be informed as well?

I’m looking for some additional tips and/or specific things to focus on in preparation for the multi-round interview process for a role at Amazon Web Services in what I assume is for one of the cloud services team. From what I’ve gathered, is the interviews are largely based on the leadership principles. However, how do I know which would be asked? which would be more related to the role/or team I’d be on? What other types of questions to prepare for leading to the 1-on-1 with the hiring manager
As a formality so your information is populated within their talent tracking system.
Might just be looking for more information from you to save time when you're onboarding. They probably have a good idea that you're going to be the one assuming the role especially if you're towards the end of the hiring process.
It had never happened to me. My only guess is that you are missing some information on the application and they want you to complete it.
We only do that if we're considering the candidate for a different role than they originally applied for. Just a formality, really.
I've never heard of this before. Did they give you a reason why? Or did they ask you to apply to a different role?
They just said they wanted me to complete my application but I don’t understand why because it was the same application and role that I used when I applied to the role.
I had this happen three times at different companies.
