I began May 2nd Last year in an agency that has never had a sales manager. So I have developed what the role looks like on my own based on the job posting and expectations provided. I have stats and numbers showing the agency increased sales by 47% last year compared to any previous year. Team has grown from 7 to 10 sales reps. What would you consider a reasonable raise expectation at the 1 year mark?
