Recently during a call of the list (massive zoom, attorneys check in for their cases) an attorney called me out prior to her checking in saying it looked like someone didn’t belong/should not be on the call - me! Obviously, my camera was on. It was clearly a racial incident & others reached out to me affirming/apologizing. The Chief Justice (a poc) “investigated” and concluded my camera was off and doesn’t want to disrupt the bar. The racist in question said she saw me. Do I elevate this issue?

Ladies, I’m 33.5 and 18 months away from being elected partner if I make the push. My husband and I are also thinking of starting a family but this job spares me no single second to take care of my health or focus on getting pregnant. Will be 35 by the time of election next year.
