Hi, i got the offer from other company and my current company is also trying to retain me by matching the offer, the thing is the other company from whom i got offer is in pune and i live in mumbai so i would have to relocate if i accept their offer. I work at a large, global software company, and am looking to make a move to a more collaborative environment with better culture. I’ve been offered a more senior position at a smaller North American company in the crypto space where I know I will learn a lot, but I’m worried it might hurt my overall career trajectory. Eventually I plan on moving internationally. When it comes to searching for a new position, does company size/reputation matter more than the experience you have at the company?

Had a very unpleasant experience with the entire interview process at Paytm. First of all they kept all three rounds in a single day . It started from the morning and ended up till the final round at late evenings. After all the rounds were cleared, the HR asked for the expected package, and when I gave him my quote which was just 35% more than my current CTC, he got reluctant and said we only have a budget of an X amount which was just 10% more than my current CTC. Who on earth does that..?
