I began my sales career in car sales. I did not even go apply for that since my background was restaurants but the manager loved me so much he told me that he would only hire me for sales. After a while when I tried to transition into finance they did not want me telling me I was too much of an asset in sales although I told them I was unhappy in sales and would make it a career in finance. They ended up losing me. After I tried for years to get in finance but was always told no.
