Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Gents?
Is exactly what a discriminatory man would say ….
IMO, if a client is searching for an advisor based on certifications it will be CFP 99% of the time. Most people outside of the industry have barely heard of a CFP, much less the others.
As for job opportunities, I can’t see WMCP or Chfc giving you a better chance at an interview. But CFP or CFA sure would.
All you need to know is exactly what the first responders said. Hahaha good luck!
If you’re going wealth mgmt go CFP first. Then if you want it CFA, but honestly probably not worth the time if you’re just going to stick with wealth mgmt route. Most people looking for advisors have never heard of CFA and don’t understand the significance of it.
If you’re going asset management go CFA. CFP doesn’t matter in asset management world.
I think this about covers it. I think most of the letter soup is only good if it is targeted at your specific niche in WM, or in WM if you are not going after HNW or UHNW. Joe 6-pack might see a lot of letters and think you are more qualified, but Jolene Millionaire only wants to see CFP.
Get your CFP. Just do it
Get your degree, CFP, and CFA. The other stuff is designation overload. CFP and CFA are top line designations.
