Yeah, I pretty much have ready to go automated responses to all those kinds of questions
It's not like they actually care. If I were to tell them I'm having a horrible day they would just ignore and tell me about their problem. I wouldn't blame them tho they didn't sign up to deal with my problems lol

I'm probably going to move on to another job pretty soon so maybe I can do a little scene with a client before I leave hehe
Truly my daily struggle, I've always dreamed of completely letting loose on one of those insufferable customers but I always remember that I have bills to pay and a cat to feed
You guys are getting asked about your days? People just start yapping about their issues the moment they arrive
i feel you but I realized it wasn't so much the job that was miserable as it was the company. I currently do the exact same thing as before but I love the culture and compensation so much more it makes it more bearable to deal with callers
I find they are happy to get the "fine thanks, how is yours?" out of the way as fast as possible.
