Now I’m in a weird spot because Agent B is moving and can't put up the rental for me. I need to hire someone to rent it out, and I'm not sure if I should ask Agent A. My wife thinks I should hire someone else entirely so I don't offend her. But I think it's better to be honest, explain how I saved the commission, and still give her the business of renting out the property. I'm not sure how to handle this and move forward.
How did you get in contact with / get to know agent B?
Property was listed as agent seller so I just contacted her directly bc I knew it would save me time and commission amounts to her meaning savings for me
I’d be honest with her that you don’t necessarily need her for real estate transactions but will use her when you do. Where you do need her expertise is running the rentals - and now you have another property - is she interested?
