I can eat eggs like no one's business but there's way too much controversy on whether or not it's good to eat every day. What are your thoughts on eating 3 eggs daily? For reference, I'm a 34 y/o female, I have no health complications apart from thyroid. Think I can continue my love story with eggs or do I need to tone it down?

If your doctor doesn’t see an issue (like high cholesterol), egg on!

there still a lot of conflicting evidence on if cholesterol in eggs, even translates to cholesterol in your body

My doc told me 3 eggs a day was great. I adore eggs and it’s such a healthy breakfast.

I think 2-3 eggs a day is totally fine but like A1 said, your doctor is the best person to reach out about this.

I’m 33–I eat 6 eggs at a time when I do eat eggs and have no issues. I don’t eat eggs every day though.

I eat two a day on average and have for 15+ years. I’m a healthy weight, my cholesterol is great.

like

I usually do one egg and two egg whites.

Just enjoy your eggs. Try to skip yolks and stick with egg whites if you are eating more than 3 eggs in a day.

No one can really answer this without further context of your diet. If you're otherwise eating McDonald's all day every day, the eggs don't matter. If you're the picture of a perfect diet all day every day, then maybe 3 eggs actually makes or breaks your diet.

45 yo female here. I eat 3 eggs a day for breakfast. Sometimes I do 2 eggs 2 whites. I’m in it for the protein and I have no cholesterol issues based on my last blood work.

Also 34-year-old female I do three eggs and avo toast for lunch every day. I do pasture raised organic to maximize nutrition.
