I cleared my first round of interview with Wipro for Functional Test Lead role and it is C2H by Primus Global .
They verified my employment details and education details. After this, a person from Primus Global asked my availability next day and said that there would be 2nd round on 25th Feb 2026 at 2pm and I will be getting a invite over the email.
Today(25th Feb) I did not get any invite and also the person from Primus Global is not at all responding to my calls or texts.
What does this mean?

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

We’re starting to interview for my copywriter partner this week, but I don’t have any creative leadership above me (I’m also the only creative with agency experience at the company) so I’m nervous about being the only one looking at prospective partners.

Any tips for good questions to ask to feel out who is the best fit? I’ve worked with great and not so great writers in the past and it wasn’t always clear which would end up being the not so great based on their books.
