During the HR discussion on 17 Apr, they were looking for an immediate joiner, but we mutually agreed on a 4 May joining date. I was informed the offer letter would be shared on Monday, and I submitted all requested documents on time. When I followed up, my call was declined and I haven’t received any update or response yet. Feeling confused about the delay-any suggestions?

After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
