I completed 4 rounds— 1st and 2nd rounds in Sept, 3rd partner round on Oct 1 (HR informed me that Partner is cleared ), and after that 1.5 months no update. after that peer discussion as 4th round on Nov 17. Since then, I’ve been told 'We are waiting for leadership feedback for next steps, Workday still shows 'Under Review'. Can someone guide me ? I am doing a weekly follow-up with respective HR. Same respone every time. Any suggestions , who else can provide more information?
