I completed my interview process with HSBC about 11 days ago. The interviews went well and the experience overall was professional and smooth.

However, I haven’t received any update yet regarding the outcome. Just wanted to ask the community — is this kind of delay normal with HSBC, or should candidates expect communication within a specific timeframe?

Anyone have any worst interview stories? 100% bombed one yesterday, essentially just because I wasn't well prepared enough and I was super nervous. I recently completed two rounds of Interview,
01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.

Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. I've been applying to tech companies for executive assistant positions - in particular, remote work positions - and I have yet to get a nibble.

I'm extremely tech savvy and have a lot of initiative but I am afraid that these companies are put off by how long I've been working assuming that I am a middle-aged woman that is not able to go with the flow.
