I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? EAs who manage people / have direct reports -- did your title change when you took on people management? What is your official title now?

(Context - trying to decide what title to recommend for EAs in our org who now manage people. Currently, we have multiple levels, but all EAs have the "Executive Assistant" title regardless of seniority / level / manager status.)

Any tips on how to quantify work as an EA? I’m having trouble with this part but I’ve heard it’s necessary. Also what would be considered a KPI for an EA? That’s not something we tracked at my last job. TIA!
