I do believe H1B is going to stay and so if you don’t talk about making the processes associated with it easier like, extension, job switching, visa stamping, employers will continue to have unnecessary leverage over these employees and in effect Americans will be hurt in the long run. Remember a tongue tied, oppressed set of people with lesser mobility is a perfect catalyst to replace a crowd who actually have all these.
