I don't know about fear mongering but the Verizon I joined had good culture and was named best place to work. Now everything has become insufferable and there's just panic and lack of direction. If this is temporary I can take the heat and continue to work but if this is the culture going forward it's high time to upskill and leave. I am unable to upskill even during weekends since weekend support has increased and there's constant pressure. Is it the same for you guys? How to cope, any tips?
