I don’t want to low ball myself like my last comp negotiation. What’s a decent comp amount for a Senior M&A tax (CPA & MST) in ATL office? I’m expecting an offer from PwC and hoping for > 100k + signing bonus but want to make sure I’m not lowballing myself again.

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
