I know the stereotype is that something is wrong with us. I have days where I can't keep my chin up anymore

I like to think I'm compassionate, intelligent and independent (as much as any other woman), but I'm still struggling to find dates. I would say I'm attractive, and I take care of myself pretty well. I find dating apps to be unhealthy to an extent. If a minor inconvenience occurs, it's simple to move on to the next one and the cycle repeats. Have any of you met "the one" through a dating app?

Need advice. Very Shy guy and girl, met a while back for a side hustle both like each other a LOT, relationship has progressed in other areas but not in the physical realm, primarily because neither officially asked the other out. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
