Is offer match a good idea?
best jewish deli in manhattan? thank you!!
Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Very important. I have a hard time getting through work without a station
the fact we have to ask this question is comical.
Pretty important, although now that’s going out the window at my company.
I think it’s important, don’t get me wrong. But in practice it’s a lot like college was, to me. You don’t have an assigned seat, but you still sit in the same spot everyday...
I will say that it has removed a whole bunch of personality from our office though, which I don’t think is something the powers that be truly considered as important 🤷🏻♀️
Not very important provided each desk has a comparable setup and the supply of Clorox wipes holds out.
I'm reaching my breaking point here...it's like they're forcing us to put up passive aggressive signs so you hope people get the point to not sit at your desk. not feeling valued as an employee, just one of the many on this account who gets lumped together.
