I feel like I’ve over-applied to jobs to the point where recruiters may not even be reviewing my resume. In the beginning, I was getting a lot of callbacks, but now I’m not hearing anything. Do you have any suggestions?

This might be philosophical but wanted to understand if we should get satisfied and be happy with what we have or keep striving for more?

Reason I am asking this is - I earn close to 1.5 lakhs every month and if someone had told me this during my college days I would have taken it eyes closed thinking this is more than enough.
