Invent has great people, good WLB and some interesting projects. Growing so good opportunities for promotion. Depends a lot on what sector / capability unit you’re going into tho

PA has a significant public sector focus. There will be way more opportunities to do different work at Accenture. PA are good in that sector though and known to have a nice culture.
Accentor operates at such a bigger scale though. The work is much more international and you’ll have more contacts in more industries.
Source, I started at PA, now work at Accenture (had another job in between). I wouldn’t rule out going back to PA as I only left to try out more private sector work.
I love working for PA, but haven’t tried working anywhere else. Happy to talk to you more about PA if interested, but overall I’d say good WLB, salary, bonus and culture :) I’ve been here for 4.5 years and no intention of leaving. I’ve done both public and private sector work in that time. Public sector is big, but there’s definitely also a lot of private happening as well (this has been growing in the past few years)
