How do you know it’s time to leave a job?

Sr Design Manager vs Sr Art Director? I’ve always worked in an design studio where SR Design Manager is above manager and principal but moving to in house type agency for big tech and the titles are art director, creative director etc. Currently, titles above me are director > sr director > VP/CDO. What is the equivalent at an agency?

I’m a Junior product manager with a Master’s in Healthcare Management. I feel like the current company that I am at has my title as JPM, but I am doing PM work i.e creating product roadmaps, collaborating across stakeholders (business, marketing, design teams), creating user stories/features, etc. and I feel like my work isn’t being valued and I’m constantly being micromanaged by business teams expectations.

Did I lose my chances at BCG north America by giving a preference for middle east?

Recently applied to consultant at BCG with Canada offices as first and second preference and middle east as third (with a 15% interest).

Recently got an interview invite for middle east but nothing for Canada. I'd love to work for BCG but I'd love to be able to do so in Canada. Where do I go from here? Can I request HR to change office or would that make it seem like I'm not interested?
