Current CTC: 17.5 LPA
Total YOE: 11 years
Relevant exp in big data: 6 yrs
Relevant exp in Azure: 2+ yrs
Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?
Getting calls from some product companies like JPMorgan Chase Chubb. How much can I expect from these product companies?

Added more to my plate. But it's also kept me employed. I think that's the hidden benefit you're overlooking, not that it's much of one. Being the reliable person gives you job security, and there isn't a lot of that to go around right now.
I generally try to do more to add skills to my resume. I hope it leads to a better job down the line. A promotion or another job that is a level up. It’s frustrating though when you feel stagnant even though you’re doing a lot more
It’s going to depend on the leadership at your company. There have been times my willingness to go above and beyond was taken advantage of. However, most of the time it’s resulted in me getting raises or promotions.
Rising Star
Both. It has EVENTUALLY led to a promotion in one case. And in another case, it was just more work with no recognition or extra pay. I learned and all, but in the grand scheme of things, if you’re not looking to move up, it’ll just be a bigger workload
