I feel the crowd in phase1 Pune office is not really great in terms of civic sense. General ODC, people talk so loudly, take client calls on loudspeaker, some women taLk on personal calls for long time that too loudly FROM THE DESK, laughing and chatting. It is so hard to get work done. On top of that, the ODC does not feel fresh there is this very old kind of unpleasant smell. Why no one notices this? As an individual, you cannot go policing everyone, these things should come as common sense

Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

Cognizant- 21L fixed and 1.5L variable
PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

Anybody work with JBC Connect out on the west side in LA?

I’ve always been a big saver minimum 15% to maxing out my 401k since I graduated college. I’m married to someone who thinks 6% is enough and likes $$$ cars. Other than the cars, they dont really spend money. For the married 🐠, how do you have the conversation with them that what they are doing isn’t enough? I try to guide them and say you want the $$$ cars but the salary you have won’t get there and you’re going to have to find a job that gets them the salary…. Then the fight starts.
