I filled the pre-offer form for EY. Initially, they said they could offer only a 30% hike on my current CTC. It’s been almost a month, and the offer is still not released. Meanwhile, I now have another offer with a 13 LPA base. I’m unsure whether I should inform EY now or wait until they release the offer and then negotiate, as I’m worried they might delay further or not release the offer. Any advice?

There's always that possibility that the position just went on hold, or they found a better candidate. Since you already have an offer, you may let them know proactively. If they come back with an offer before your joining date with the other company, then you can decide accordingly.

Lol they haven't released the offer yet, even they aren't picking up my calls and neither replying to emails , so I guess I should stop looking now from their end.
