Big 4 and MBB engagement managers (helping with scheduling etc.) , the average salary is $120k. Does that sound right? Seems very high since it's up there with audit manager salary.

My SO deals with some chronic injuries that I think may make him feel emasculated (eg can’t lift as much weight, sometimes has to slow down when active). We’re both in our 20s. I help when he needs/or asks for help, but does anyone have any tips on the best way to make sure he feels supported & self-sufficient?

As a recruiter, one of my OKRs this next quarter is to reduce the interview loop time (from applying to extending offer) to 2-3 weeks. Currently it takes a candidate 6-8 weeks to go through the entire cycle. What is some advice you all have as recruiters in order to reduce this time?

Gf’s mom and brother flew in at the beginning of July from out of the country. She hadn’t seen her parents since pre-Covid. How do women feel about a significant other that works long hours and weekends (on a moment’s notice), but can provide for?
