I gave my L1 round for Altemtrik last Thursday. I cleared it and they told they will skip L2 level and will keep EL round. El round happened on Sunday and I cleared that too. My previous employer was a start up and they don't have pf number however they form 16 and i provided all necessary documents like offer, releiving letters bank statements and everything. Now they are telling the BGV team has passed these documents to external verification team.Any idea will it be cleared ?

It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.
