I heard and saw lot of bad culture, work life experience in PwC India. People working 12hr a day, weekend works, bad management etc. This also almost same in other big4 India operations. How it is different in PwC US. Is they also have bad work life balance as other big4 base out of India.

I got an offer for senior Salesforce associate for support project. The skill set mentioned was LWC, apex and configuration. Wanted to understand how the work will be for Salesforce support in PWC.

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

Does PWC US division have good data engineering projects, which Includes Cloud services? I have an offer for a spark developer, but I think it's with the on-premise cluster. I would like to have an opportunity to work with cloud services.

HR says they will provide opportunity to work with cloud services, But during my technical discussion they confirmed that its for on primise clusters.

I joined pwc sdc bangalore as a fresher right after my college (my very first job). I was scrolling the bowl, I noticed a lot of people switching jobs from different companies to pwc. Is that even I would encounter some day, or I should stick in here and grow smoothly.Don't get me wrong,I'm trying to align myself.I asked my one year seniors from college, they told people struggle to reach big4.Y u even asking this..
