I got a verbal offer from Intel. How is Intel? Is the company stable. I have read a lot of news that Intel is into massive losses(operating losses because of Intel foundry).

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I was once at a dinner with a second year analyst, consultant, and partner, and the analyst said he planned on retiring by 30 and the partner and consultant laughed. Little did they know, the analyst owned his own home and rented all the rooms out so he payed no rent, never ate out, only grocery shopped, and very very rarely bought anything new. Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Under contract for nearly 1.1M. Wife and I are at HHI $315k. Will go up in the future, $400k in 3 years and $500k possible in 5-7 years. We have $300k in non-retirement funds, $260k of which will go towards acquiring the house. We have 2 kids and will probably reduce (not maxing) retirement accounts next 18 months to do this. Anyone have any thoughts or feedback? We’ll have to live on a budget and watch but I feel we’ll get used to it and income will grow.

How do you think it prepared you to potentially move in house? I'm currently at a firm but thinking of taking a position with an ALSP but my goal is to go in house.
