I got an offer 18 LPA fixed for a band 30 risk analyst role, but I already have an offer for 22 LPA fixed which I informed the HR beforehand but they gave me as per my current only. Don't know what is wrong with the HR. Now i'm thinking to deny the offer if they don't match.
